These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and q9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any product or service offered through q9999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement applies to all services provided by q9999, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, video slots, bingo, crash games, instant win games, and all associated promotional and loyalty programmes. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

q9999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email to your registered address or via a platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of q9999 services after notice of amendment constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between English-language terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain a q9999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. q9999 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and performs CNIC-based identity and age verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or any other legal structure.
• You are accessing q9999 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by q9999 or any of its affiliated entities, gaming providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from q9999 or any gaming platform operated by q9999's group entities.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of a gambling addiction or other condition that impairs your ability to make informed decisions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

Each player may maintain only one active q9999 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. q9999 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts via shared CNIC numbers, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioural patterns. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All associated accounts will be suspended immediately.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds across all accounts may be voided.
• Verified real-money deposits (net of any fraudulently obtained bonuses) may be returned at q9999's sole discretion following investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your q9999 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any OTP codes with any third party. q9999 staff will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

q9999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to: first withdrawal request, changes to registered personal details, unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A dormant account may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of Rs200 per month, deducted from any remaining real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. q9999 will send email notification prior to applying any dormancy fee.

q9999 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your q9999 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the receiving institution, which may take up to one (1) business day. q9999 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by q9999's finance and compliance team and are subject to completion of identity verification. Verified withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days.

All funds deposited to q9999 must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. q9999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes originated from a payment method not registered to the account holder and to withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

In the event of a disputed transaction, you must notify q9999 support within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation or remediation.

q9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable bonus credits which must be wagered before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The default wagering requirement for all bonuses is 20× (twenty times) the total bonus amount received. For example, a Rs1,000 bonus must generate Rs20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and certain excluded games contribute 0% toward wagering requirements. A full contribution table is available in your account portal.
• Bonuses must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited. Unused or insufficiently wagered bonuses will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically upon the expiry deadline.
• q9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe the offer is being exploited, abused, or claimed in bad faith.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to satisfy the minimum balance requirements for a withdrawal request. Only real-money balance in excess of bonus wagering requirements qualifies for withdrawal.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible account. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and PSL seasonal promotions are subject to individual promotion terms and eligibility criteria communicated at the time of each offer.

All bets and wagers placed on the q9999 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake, and applicable odds — before confirming any wager. q9999 does not accept claims for refunds based on player error after a bet has been confirmed.

q9999 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round where:

• A technical error or software fault has materially affected the outcome of the game or bet.
• Odds were published in error due to a pricing or data feed failure and the error was sufficiently obvious that a reasonable player would have recognised it as erroneous.
• The integrity of a sporting event is under investigation by the relevant governing body.
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity affecting the event has been identified or credibly reported.

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per player per day. Specific limits vary by sport, market, and game type and are displayed in the relevant section of the q9999 platform. q9999 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict betting markets, or close accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.

For live casino games operated by certified third-party studios, the rules published by the studio provider apply in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of a conflict, q9999's platform terms prevail for all matters relating to account management, payments, and player eligibility.

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement. q9999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to void all associated balances and pending transactions:

• Registering or operating more than one account under any name, identity, or set of credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using q9999 for any financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other non-human means to access, navigate, or place bets on the q9999 platform without express written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who identify such errors must report them to support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, poker hands, bingo patterns, or any other competitive or shared gaming format.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward q9999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, or deposit limits set on your own account or applied by q9999.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, promotional materials, and written content published on or through the q9999 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of q9999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, scraped, reverse-engineered, or adapted without the express prior written consent of q9999.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Fortune Bingo and Egypt Book of Mystery — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to q9999 for use on the platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use platform content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to q9999 regarding the platform, games, or services may be used by q9999 without restriction or compensation to the submitting party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q9999, its directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the q9999 platform.
• Loss of data, loss of gaming progress, or account interruptions caused by technical failures, server outages, or third-party infrastructure issues beyond q9999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption to service during live betting events, live casino sessions, or time-sensitive promotional periods caused by network issues, device failure, or internet service provider outages on the player's end.

q9999's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to q9999 in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your full name, CNIC number, date of birth, address, and payment method details — is used for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of q9999 services. q9999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your continued use of any q9999 product or service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under q9999's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through q9999's internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose licence q9999 operates.
